You know probably just as well as we do that sleep changes when you reach your teens – so, let’s talk about it. Hear us out. Sleep is way more important than you might realise, and we’re making February 2025 all about YOU with the launch of Children’s Sleep Awareness Month with week 4 all about teens 🎉

We get it: between school, friends, TikTok, gaming, and that never-ending list of homework, sleep is probably last on your to-do list. But here’s the thing: when you don’t get enough sleep, it can seriously mess with your mood, your energy, and even your grades. Oh, and did we mention your skin? Yep, sleep is that powerful.
