Sleep Champion Workshop Course
The Sleep Charity, provider of the Teen Sleep Hub, offer courses to further the knowledge of those working with young people.
The Sleep Champion Workshop course outlines the reasons for the sleep issues, practical strategies to support youngsters to improve their sleep and useful resources to start conversations with young people and be able to share with them and parents/carers.
